SHIPPING

How long does shipping take? Each order is printed upon your ordering, so we don’t have wasted stock. Orders typically ship within 3-4 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days via standard shipping. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can watch it make its way to you. 📦

Do you ship internationally? Right now we ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future — stay tuned and sign up for our email list to be the first to know.

Can I get my order in time for my Disney trip? We totally get it — you want to wear your merch at the parks. With 5 business day shipping, plan to order at least 10-14 days before your trip to give yourself plenty of cushion. If your trip is coming up fast, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help. ✨

 


 

SIZING

How do your t-shirts fit? Our tees are unisex and run true to size with a relaxed, comfortable fit — perfect for long park days. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down. Each product page includes a size guide with exact measurements. When in doubt, check the measurements — they don't lie.

Do your hats fit most head sizes? Yes! Our hats feature an adjustable strap so they fit most head sizes comfortably. One size truly fits most — and looks good doing it.

Do you offer kids sizing? We do! Check out our Kids collection for sizes designed for your little park people. Because the whole family deserves to show up in style. 🏰

 


 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we accept full refunds on unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, reach out to us and we'll take care of you. 💛

What if my order arrived damaged or incorrect? That's on us and we'll make it right immediately. Send us a message with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll get a replacement or refund to you right away.

What makes Marceline Mercantile different from other Disney merch shops? Everything here is designed by Jacki Gil — a graphic designer and deeply devoted Disney fan who actually goes to the parks. A lot. This isn't mass merchandise. Every design comes from a real place of love for Disney culture, and it shows. We're not making merch for casual fans. We're making it for the people who feel something when the music starts on Main Street. If that's you, you're in the right place. ✨

Why is the shop called Marceline Mercantile? Marceline, Missouri is Walt Disney's hometown — the small town that shaped his imagination and inspired Main Street U.S.A. Naming this brand after that place says something about our heart. This isn't merchandise for casual fans. It's for the people who love Disney the way Walt loved Marceline — deeply, and from the beginning.

Who is behind Marceline Mercantile? We are the Gils — Jacki and Rudy, a Huntsville, Alabama family who are deeply, unapologetically in love with Disney World. Jacki designs everything. Rudy is the biggest supporter in the parks and at home. Their daughters are the best product testers in the business. 🏰
